All sales are final. There will be no refunds, transfers, or deferrals on pilot registration, camping, or general admission purchases.
Event Cancellation
National STOL in good faith will make every reasonable effort to hold each event as originally scheduled. However, NSTOL may, at its sole discretion, and with or without notice, postpone or cancel an event for causes beyond NSTOL’s control. Such causes shall include, without limitation, the laws, regulations, acts, demands, or interpositions of any Federal, State or Local Government Agency, acts of God, fire, flood, weather, or any other cause. Purchases will not be refunded but may be credited towards a rescheduled or future event per the discretion of NSTOL.
Liability Release
I understand that National STOL will make every effort to provide a safe environment for scheduled competitions and events. I do hereby release National STOL, as well as any sites in contract with them, from liability due to accidents or injury that may occur while on the premises. I understand that there are inherent risks associated with aviation-related events and that I am ultimately responsible for my own health and safety, as well as the health and safety of any minors in my party.
Photo/Video Release
By completing my purchase, I grant permission to National STOL, LLC, Flying Home Productions, the venue, and all RELEASED PARTIES, the rights of my image, in video or still, and of the likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area. Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to: Presentations; Courses; Online/Internet Videos; Media; News (Press); Broadcast; Streaming; Social Media; any medium or media now or in the future. By completing my purchase, I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet, broadcast, or educational setting. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of the event for which I am completing a purchase. By signing this release, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational or commercial purposes.
