As a National STOL volunteer, you will be part of the one of the most exciting and fasted growing sports in general aviation. When you volunteer for one of our competitions, you get the behind-the-scenes experience;  getting up close interactions to some awesome pilots, aircraft, and amazing takeoffs and landings!  All volunteers will be receive free admission to the competition, a complimentary meal, and a National STOL T-shirt.

Younger volunteers may be allowed in certain situations, such as directly with a parent or as part of an organized group like CAP or Boy/Girl Scouts. NO volunteers under 18 are allowed near the flight line.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2025 Swamp STOL Competition! It is our goal to provide you with the best volunteer experience possible.

As a National STOL volunteer, you will be part of the one of the most exciting and fasted growing sports in general aviation. Please let us know on your registration what areas you are willing to assist with. Volunteers will be assigned to duties for which they are qualified on a first come, first served basis. Please note that as a general rule, volunteers should be age 16+. Younger volunteers may be allowed in certain situations, such as directly with a parent or as part of an organized group like CAP or Boy/Girl Scouts.
